Florida’s economic development team came to us with a challenge. How do you convince companies that Florida offers an innovative pro-business environment when people associate the state primarily with beaches, oranges and a really large, happy rodent? Not easy. To radically reposition the state as a potential site for business expansion, we scoured the state’s companies and universities for examples of real innovations. This campaign ran for almost a decade with ads in global business publications, international airports, websites, trade shows and more. Connecting the state’s geographical advantage to a steady stream of compelling new technologies turned our Innovation Hub of the Americas campaign into a long running, global success.
