I used to be the senior writer on Synchrony’s business development team, developing themes and spec ads for pitch decks and RFP responses, as well as concepts for the in-person pitch meeting with prospective clients. Sometimes part of what we called the “room experience” would include an introductory video to help set the tone and establish Synchrony’s capabilities and passion for the pitch.
